Lead Preschool Teacher, Full Time
Kellman Brown Academy, a private Jewish Day School, is seeking a nurturing, energetic and experienced educator for a Full-Time Preschool Teacher for classroom. The ideal candidate must love children and be a great team player.
Primary responsibilities to include: ensuring the safety and well-being of each child by responding to their emotional, social, and physical needs as well as their educational needs; utilizing developmentally appropriate exercises and best practice methods at all times; being a positive role model for all the staff; being customer service orientated and professional; engaging children in activities and play that stimulates their development; assisting children with activities of daily life (restroom use, diapering, hand washing); appropriately supervising children while keeping them safe at all times; and approaching parents daily and speaking with them about their child(ren) as well as frequent written communication.
Position will commence this Fall, 2024. Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications. Health and retirement benefits available.
